¿Cómo hacerme un encargo? / How do you make me an order?
Primeramente, puedes acceder a mi tienda online para ver si hay algo que te interese allí.
Si no encuentras lo que buscas, ponte en contacto conmigo, preferiblemente mandándome un email a beatrizalonso84@gmail.com. Para ayudarme a ver qué clase de proyecto quieres, hazme una breve descripción de lo que deseas realizar.
Yo te contestaré con la tarifa y el plazo de entrega estimados, y entonces negociaremos las condiciones posteriores. Dependiendo de la complejidad del proyecto, es posible que necesite detalles adicionales del encargo, que te pediré si lo veo necesario.

I will answer you with the estimate and the estimated delivery time, and then we will negotiate subsequent terms. Depending on the complexity of the project, it’s possible I may need to request additional details if I see this necessary.
Formato del proyecto / Format of the Project
El formato en el que se realizarán los proyectos será prefentemente digital y se entregarán por correo electrónico, a menos que sean productos que se puedan encontrar en la tienda online. En este caso, yo me encargaré de personalizarlo y adaptarlo a tus necesidades.
Sin embargo, también existe la posibilidad de realizar proyectos de forma física (como dibujos o cuadros) o que yo me encargue de la impresión. En este caso, los gastos de impresión y envío se sumarán al precio total.
The format in which the projects will be created will be preferably digital and they will be delivered via email, unless they are products that can be found at the online store. In this case, I’ll customize it and adapt it to your needs.
However, there is also the possibility of physical projects (like drawings or paintings) or also that I take charge of the printing. In this case, printing and mailing costs will be added to the total price.
Pago del proyecto / Payment of the Project
El pago se realizará por transferencia bancaria, en una cuenta que te proporcionaré cuando lleguemos a un acuerdo sobre el proyecto. En primer lugar, pido un primer pago por adelantado que comprenderá del 30 al 50% del precio total (a convenir). El segundo pago se realizará a la entrega del proyecto finalizado.
Si el proyecto se hace mediante la tienda online, se utilizará el método de pago por defecto.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to an account I will provide you when we come to an agreement about the project. In first time, I’ll ask you for a first advance payment of 30 to 50% of the total cost (negotiable). The second payment will be made when I deliver you the completed project.
If the project is done through the online store, you can use the method of payment by default.
Precios orientativos / Approximate prices
En la siguiente tabla podéis ver una lista de precios orientativos según los proyectos. En ella aparece el precio por el tiempo medio que tardo en hacer cada proyecto. Este precio varía entre 11 y 15 € la hora.
